La Grosle or Graule is a granite group of two blocks. Their superposition in a precarious balance is surrounded by a legend. The crows would come there to celebrate their engagement, hence the name of the site taken from the dialect word for crows.

There is a lovely view of the Taurion Valley from this stone bridge. We can see a mill which contributes to the charm of the place.

It is an ancient abbey founded in the 12th century by the Cistercian congregation. It was destroyed during the wars then rebuilt, and sold as national property during the Revolution. Today, the abbey has been rehabilitated as a guesthouse. On the land, a chapel and the ruins of a church still remain.

The Thaurion gorges, below the small hamlet of Thauron. Departure from a small path for interpretation and picnic tables. The ascent is a pain in the ass!

Remains of the Château de Monteil, built in the 12th century by the Viscounts of Aubusson. Freely accessible site, listed as a historical monument.

Church of Saint-Martin de Sardent, from the 13th century. The bell tower is covered with shingles and the southern portal is listed as a Historic Monument.

Large pond of about 60 hectares, lined with lime trees.
