(Non-electric mountain bike with baby carrier) The start is on a paved road, with some steep climbs, up to the restaurant (closed in summer). Then it's a fairly smooth ride before tackling the climb to Mont Clocher. Be careful, it's very steady but requires a significant effort. The descent is gentle; you can finish with the green DH trail for the more adventurous!

The team and the welcome are always so warm, the lunch perfect, the génépi difficult for the return 😁, a must-see if you're passing near, or by, the Col du Very. A new addition this summer: local goat sausage, a must-try 😋

The pass is 1,989 m high and runs along a paved track between Beaufortain and Val Montjoie. The landscape is dominated by the Aguille Croche peak, where hiking trails lead to its northern summit, where the Alpine glaciers are located. From the summit you can also see the Aravis mountain range or the Girotte dam. In this sense, it is a very popular pass for mountain bike routes.
