Reliant Portet-sur-Garonne et Pinsaguel, ce pont permet de traverser la rivière en toute sécurité grâce aux voies pour cyclistes et piétons aménagées en 2016 de chaque côté de la route. Les vues y sont ravissantes. À noter que des itinéraires tels que la Véloroute de la vallée de la Garonne ou le GR 861 passent par là.
