The Moulin Saint-Jacques is a windmill dating from the beginning of the 19th century and of a rare design. You can walk around the mill and admire its structure, which consists of a stone base topped with a cone which supports a wooden cabin (the Hucherolle) which rotates with the wind. You can also learn about the history and culture of the people who built and operated the windmill, imported from North Africa by the Crusaders. You can book a guided tour with one of the current owners, who will tell you more about the secrets and stories of this place. You will need to book in advance, as the windmill is not open to the public all year round. The flour produced by the windmill every Friday afternoon.
