The view from this castle is well worth the effort; the stretch is... long.

The Giraudière circuit will take you, through woods, to the village of Villeny, skirting the Trevauchon, La Courtilière and Giraudière ponds. You will pass near the Château de La Giraudière, dating from the late 18th century.

The Etang de Montperché is located at the south-eastern exit of the Chambord park, in the national forest of Boulogne. The Etang de Montperché is a pond located at the south-east exit of Chambord Park, in the state forest of Boulogne. Aquatic touch in this vast forest, the pond is also known for the work of art that decorates it, the Notch. Belvedere on the water point, it is the result of the work of nature-loving landscapers.
