The 422-meter-high, wooded Malberg is clearly visible from here. There used to be a protective castle on its summit. Today, only a few stones remain. You can find out more about this on an information board at the former site of the castle.

The Goldhäuser Mill is located on the blue clay theme trail and directly on the cycle path. You can pass by it far too quickly on a bike. According to the inscription above the door, the mill was built in 1721. The stream runs practically through the middle of the building. Beautiful to look at, a pretty half-timbered house.
