息をのむような素晴らしい眺めと、手つかずの自然の風景！ なんて素晴らしい自然の光景でしょう、ワオ！ オーヴェルニュで絶対に外せない場所の一つであることは間違いありません。

A great little pass with a nice view to enjoy from Vollore. Follow it up with the Col des Sagnes because the descent between the two is fantastic!

The Col de la Loge peaks at an altitude of 1,253 meters. In winter, it is the gateway to long and beautiful cross-country ski trails which head towards the heart of Livradois-Forez. In summer, hikers take it to enjoy the serenity of the woods that populate the surrounding area.

A steep pass on both sides, the ascent from chabreloche will allow you to descend towards the Chausseterre and pick up speed. Be careful, a treacherous turn on the descent. The pass also has a history, a sign that reads "here France ends, here begins Auvergne" installed during the Second World War in 1942 by students from Thiers. An inn is also present at the top. Very nice climb in the hills then the moor and the pastures on the plateau. Breathtaking view of the Auvergne volcano chain and the Monts du Lyonnais on the other side
