This simple grocery store, where you can also eat on the terrace, is a place like no other: Romaric, its owner, is its soul. He welcomes you with a warm and authentic “Welcome” as soon as you open the door. And his grocery store is the RV of all the people around. And there are numerous travelers in this place, whether by bike on the canal, or on foot (the pilgrims of the Way of St Francis of Assisi). Meeting Romaric, and his sense of service and presence for others, brightened my day.

It is a very pleasant mountain bike route in the forest. You need to be in good physical condition. Some passages at the end of the course are on foot (steep and rocky slope). After your trip you can have a meal at the inn of Messire Jean.

It is a take-off site for paragliders and hang-gliders located at the end of the Morvan. There are other must-sees nearby such as the Devil's Claw and the Stone that is crumbling.
