いくつかの登りがあり、レベルや距離に応じてアクセスしやすい、とても素敵で快適な峠です。それぞれの側面が風景と小さな村をもたらします。 景色の美しさのために登りたいのであれば、Les NoësまたはCharrier経由での登りをお勧めします。難しい登りを求めている人には、Charrierが最も難しい側面としても機能します。

One of the most beautiful passes in Forez, a most pleasant climb whatever the slope! And the descent is also pleasant. If you are in Gravel, there is a junction which allows you to reach the Col du Béal and which is magnificent. Otherwise you can go ski touring, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in winter or hike while stuffing yourself with blueberries in summer! Center of Chabreloche, here you will find a mini market and a butcher to stock you. Starting point for three passes: Col de la Charme, Col Saint Thomas and Col des Sagnes. The road towards Thiers is very pleasant on a false flat slope, but the one towards Noiretable is precisely on a false flat slope. A superb climb to start from Chabreloche with very high percentages to arrive at Arconsat then a regular slope, cool in the fir trees even in the heart of summer!
