The chapel 'Our Lady of the Three Ears of Corn' is famous for an apparition of the Virgin Mary in 1491. In 1968, a modern pilgrimage church was built, which in 1991 received a triple tower as a symbol of the "three ears of corn."

Yes, you have to be careful with forestry work during the week! Lumberjacks generally don't work on weekends, and it's less dangerous.

Please note that forestry work is underway between Turckheim and Trois-Épis, and the route is therefore prohibited. We defied this ban, but there were many trees across the path.
