As you cycle up to the heights of Gigaro, take in the breathtaking views of Pampelonne Bay. The turquoise waters of the Mediterranean stretch out before you, contrasting beautifully with the rugged hills and lush greenery that surround the bay. The road offers a tough climb, but the panoramic view at the top is worth it.

Here you can get delicious marron glacé, creme de marron (spread), marron au sirop and glace au marron. The latter is also available in the Marroni Museum, at the very back of the village on the left. You must try it! All of these products are also produced there.

Almanarre Beach is a famous water sports spot. The coastal cycle path runs along the Almanarre road and passes right next to the archaeological site of Olbia. The Almanarre Plage hotel has the “Accueil Vélo” label.
