Magnificent, a must-see.

It's beautiful and well-maintained. The driveway to the west rear gate reminds me of the book "The Great Maulne."

An endless false flat. Remember to carry water because there's nothing to refuel.

Very beautiful castle. The outside area is very interesting and a nice walk. Unfortunately I didn't see the inside of the castle. The bicycle parking area is behind the archway on the inside on the right.

Magnificent place! The Lande Forêt pond is located in the heart of the Grais departmental forest. By bike, it is accessible via a secure route from the Briouze-Bagnoles greenway in Orne Normandy. An interpretive walking trail and wooden decks allow you to go around the pond. Picnic tables, bicycle boxes and a shelter are available at the entrance to the site.

The Château du Petit-Jard is a former hunting lodge dating from the 18th century. It is surrounded by a beautiful area with a pond, an orangery, a kennel and a vegetable garden. You can admire the brick and stone architecture of the castle, as well as the neo-Gothic details of the outbuildings. The castle is not open to the public, but you can enjoy the view from outside and explore the nearby La Motte forest.

The Joué-du-Bois manor was built at the end of the 15th century and surrounded by a moat and towers. Damaged during the Wars of Religion and the Second World War, it was restored and preserved as a historical monument. You can admire the architecture and gardens of the manor, as well as the surrounding village and countryside. The mansion is not open to the public, but you can still enjoy its exterior view from a distance.

The church of Sept-Forges is a Catholic church located in the Orne department in Normandy. The church dates from the Romanesque period and has a remarkable Renaissance-style bell tower, classified as a historic monument1. You can admire the 15th century wall paintings in the choir and the nave, as well as the statues and stained glass windows that decorate the church.
