Even though the pass is never steep (from the north), it is a long one. On warm days, remember to bring plenty of water. You'll never ride in the shade.

La Ciuciarella is a restaurant at the junction of D81 and D351. The food is sensational and the staff is extremely friendly.

A river hike through the Fango Valley (near Galéria) is pure adventure. In places the path leads along the rocks and then through deep pools. The pools, filled with clear, refreshing fresh water, are always perfect for a swim while hiking. There are a number of great places to swim along the Fango River. The Marsolino pass is located on a mountain range in the Monte Cinto massif. It peaks at 443 meters above sea level. It is the entry point to the Corsica regional natural park. The climb offers very beautiful panoramas.
