The dairy was built by Louis XVI in 1786-1787. He wanted to surprise Marie-Antoinette with it. During the tour you can discover the premises where dairy products were made and tasted. The cold room offers a staging with a sculpture that depicts "Jupiter as a child, as it is suckled with milk from goat from Amalthea".
