Coming from La Motte-du-Caire, it's only a short climb, which makes the long, beautiful descent on smooth asphalt all the more surprising.

A nice little steep climb, just the way we like them. Don't worry, it's not very long...and thankfully so. The ford at the start was washed away by the torrent, so you have to cross on foot because there's no longer a road for the moment (May 2025)
