A stop along the irrigation channels for relaxation

The hike along the Bisse Neuf near Siders takes you through a beautiful and peaceful landscape where you can explore the historic irrigation channels that have shaped the region for centuries. Along the well-maintained path, you will pass vineyards, orchards and alpine pastures, all while enjoying the views of the surrounding mountains.

It is not only a church but also a castle. A first sanctuary dedicated to St. John the Evangelist is mentioned as early as 1300; it is the chapel of the Castle which partially occupied the site of the choir and the sacristy, and of the current parish church. Masses are frequent and the church is active. Normally open for visiting during the day.

Incredible rock formations and a great trail along the Suone. There are only two such formations in the entire region.

The bike ride around the lake is very pleasant, there is a path and you can enjoy the view of the lake itself, the forest and the surrounding mountains. Entrance is free and you can also swim in the lake.
