At 380 meters, the Someo Pass is the longest suspension bridge in Ticino. It crosses the very wide Maggia Riverbed and the floodplain at a height of just a few meters. Crossing with dogs is no problem, provided they are already familiar with gratings.

That with the suspension bridge depends entirely on the dog. My 11 month old Aussie bitch walks away from it casually.

The suspension bridge is really great, connecting it is difficult to drive and the bike has to be carried regularly.

Beautiful Bridge which wakes up the butterfly's in the tummy when you walk over. Not easy for dogs as it's one long grid to cross plus bouncy. But our Golden Redriver did very well as I just let him go by it's own.
