quiet route, rolling towards Foix, steeper towards Saint Martin de Caralp

A very beautiful viaduct, it's a bit impressive and truly unusual on a greenway. The train used to go there, now the bikes go there!

Huge monument, where the railway used to run and where cyclists and pedestrians now travel. Worth seeing!!!

I am very disappointed, with all the places that there are in Ariège how can you propose a name mountain bike trail when there is only road including a place where cars drive at full speed. The landscape of lounbens is pleasant and that is the only positive point.

beautiful bridge for cycling and walking

This superb so-called semi-rock church has three levels. These Romanesque frescoes and its troglodyte appearance give this 10th century religious building a special place. The place is more splendid.
