The Wallpaper Museum in Mézières is an elegant late Baroque castle. He is one of the last born in the canton of Fribourg. It has existed since 2007 and was recently selected by Swiss heritage among the most beautiful history and knowledge museums in Switzerland. The castellan Frédéric-François-Victor de Diesbach, an officer in the service of France, transformed the castle, renewed the interior decor and the latest fashionable French wallpapers were installed.
