At only 1,640 m, the highest and very windy point on this stage. The ways to get here are very easy once you get used to the difficult conditions of the previous stages. Nice, promising place for a rest. You can look back at the Monte d'Oro and to the front into the wooded Vecchio valley.

Mountain pass on the ridge hike, on which you can descend to the west and east into the valley. There is a large radio mast on the pass that can be seen from afar. To the west there is an information board with the direction and names of mountains and villages for orientation. Even the Monte Renoso can still be seen in the distance when the visibility is good.
