Very, very beautiful trip but in tandem the passes have very significant percentages, magnificent landscape I recommend this route to trained people

The ascent from the west is quite strenuous. There is very little car or motorcycle traffic. The scenery is magnificent. There are no refreshment stops at the top of the Col d'Iraty/Burdincurutcheta pass.

It is a typical small village in Iparralde, right next to the main town Sant-Jean-Pied-Port-de-Port. There is nothing special about it, but if you pass by it, you should enjoy it. There is a nice fountain in the centre of the village.
