It reminds a little of the European Union Council Building in Brussels, a gigantic cube made out of old, restaurated window frames from all over Europe.

The Ķemeri National Park offers outdoor lessons on the ecosystems, culture and history of the bog. This "class" is designed in a circle and, with a wooden path and educational signs, invites you to learn more about the fascinating plants and animals of the raised bog. If there is no group tour, you can also take a break here and explore the place on your own. The informative design and the well-maintained path make the visit pleasant, even without a nature guide.

The tower itself is a highlight in itself and ensures that the impressive views are not only reserved for experienced hikers. It is easily accessible and offers seating to enjoy the view for longer. This place is particularly popular with bird watchers, who have a good overview of the entire landscape from here. However, please observe local regulations and environmental protection to respect this fragile nature.
