In this Collection, we present the eight most beautiful long-distance cycle routes in and around the Black Forest. On the Nature Park Cycle Route and the Southern Black Forest Cycle Route, you’ll get to know the Black Forest’s two nature parks on impressive circular outings. On the Heidelberg-Black Forest-Lake Constance Cycle Route and the Black Forest Panorama Cycle Route, you travel from north to south through Baden–Württemberg and discover scenic heights and enchanted valleys.
We also show you a section of the Rhine Cycle Route, also called EuroVelo 15. From Lake Constance, you cycle along the edge of the Black Forest through the Rhine plain to Mannheim. The Nagold Valley Cycle Route is one of the river cycle paths in the northern Black Forest. It’s the epitome of a perfect cycling adventure. On the Kinzigtal Cycle Route, you've got your work cut out. This varied Tour tests your calves, but there are plenty of Highlights to marvel at along the way. The Baden Wine Cycle Route takes you 460 kilometres (286 mi) from Grenzach on the Swiss border through five Black Forest wine regions.
You can divide the stages of the long-distance cycle route individually, depending on your fitness level. There are plenty of places to stay and eat, such as restaurants and cafes, along the way. Many of the routes are also suitable for e-bikes as the region has plenty of charging stations. You can discover the diversity of the Black Forest and its surroundings to your taste on these varied Tours.
