Nel 1850, l'antica chiesa romanica fu demolita per far posto all'attuale struttura. Si tratta di una chiesa neoclassica, in mattoni, a navata unica con torre campanaria integrata. Il portale d'ingresso presenta un frontone. Le fasce angolari e le cornici delle finestre erano in pietra naturale.
La chiesa è circondata da un cimitero recintato. Numerose croci funerarie del XVII e XVIII secolo sono state incastonate nel muro.
