A lovely market town on the Furness Peninsula, Ulverston is made up of quaint cobbled streets and historical buildings. The small town has plenty of things to see and do. You can visit the world's only Laurel and Hardy Museum (Stan Laurel was born here), stroll along the world's shortest, deepest, and widest canal, or visit the Lakes Glass Centre were molten glass is transformed into works of art.
