From here, the old war road goes downhill ... to the serpentines through the wall

Coming from the reservoir, the path meanders up over switchbacks. The trail is up here, hardly mobile and you have to push. Later, shortly before the saddle, the path becomes wider and flatter again. The path is maneuverable here.
The landscape here is unbelievably great and fascinating everywhere. At the top of the notch you can witness the old days. Abandoned positions and trenches can still be found.January 18, 2021
