I would go up on foot in the end, the bike brings nothing here. The tower plant Canaschal on the hill of the same name probably dates from the 12th century. It stands on a rocky hill on the edge of Trin-Dorf and is easily accessible on foot. The medieval fortification originally consisted of two towers. The western, square tower with arched high entrance on the 2nd floor is still well preserved and characterizes the village of Trin. This still existing tower corresponded with a second tower at the east corner of the hill, of which only a few remnants are visible. From this plant, the road was controlled. Because the plant on Canaschal is to be regarded as Vorwerk to Crap Sogn Barcazi, it is likely to have been abandoned at the same time, ie in 1470. In the middle of the 16th century many stones of this old tower were used to build houses in the village.
