There used to be a prison in the building, called "Bullerei" by the locals. There is an old fire bell on the roof. In the portico you can admire a historic fire engine.
The painting behind shows the deposition of King Wenceslaus of Bohemia by the four electors of Trier, Mainz, Cologne and the Palatinate.
