Mountain Biking Highlight
The Safariland Stukenbrock (until the beginning of 2019: Zoo Safaripark Stukenbrock, before April 2011: Hollywood and Safaripark Stukenbrock) is an amusement park in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock, Gütersloh, North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany). It is operated by Senne Großwild Safariland GmbH & Co KG.The Safariland, where numerous exotic animals are the actual "attractions", was opened on 15 July 1969. In addition, an amusement park with rides has been set up, including Europe's first swinging boat and the 350-meter Flying Tiger rollercoaster. The amusement park is largely the safari theme again. The new attractions planned for 2019, an indoor playground and a resort for overnight stays, are thematically inspired by the safari idea. At peak times, up to 250 people are employed. The park celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2019. Until his death in January 2019, Fritz Wurm was Managing Director of Safarilands. He set the course for a communicative reorientation as well as for new attractions in the park before his death.Source: Wikipedia
