From here you have a beautiful view of the Templiner See and Herrmannswerder. You have to carry the bikes up and down the stairs once

The way up the stairs is difficult with bicycles and luggage bags, but with moderate athletic condition feasible.

Rather wear the wheel than use the ramp and engage the pedals into the railing.

Yes, but the ascent and descent to the bridge is exhausting with a lot of luggage. A long ramp would be needed. With a heavy e-bike, I don't want to slide down dangerously when it's wet!
