If you want to cross the Straussee dry foot, use a very special means of transport: A listed cable ferry commutes between Strausberg and the forest area "Beyond the Lake" without emissions.
The crossing takes only seven minutes and costs just EUR 1.30 in the normal tariff.October 19, 2019

Be sure to take the ferry across the lake (and back). The view of the old town from the other side is beautiful.
