The Mincio river from its exit from Lake Garda to Mantua can be skirted on the beautiful cycle path up to Pozzolo sul Mincio.
The cycle continues then following a canal and abandoning the Mincio (something that many ignore) while the Mincio river deviates towards Goito and subsequently to Rivalta, where then opening and widening it arrives in Mantua forming the first of the 3 lakes, Lake Superior.July 20, 2020
