The Old Town Hall of Brehna is a listed building in the town of Sandersdorf-Brehna in the district of Anhalt-Bitterfeld in Saxony-Anhalt.

Brehna was mentioned as a village (villa) in 1201, but was elevated to town status in 1274.[1] Today there are two town halls. The Old Town Hall is on Bitterfelder Strasse at the corner of Rathausgasse and thus south of the New Town Hall, which is also on Bitterfelder Strasse. It was built in the 16th century. The two-storey eaves-facing building is a quarry stone building with a half-timbered upper floor. On the roof with the bat dormers sits a roof turret with a lantern. The coat of arms and parts of the portal also date from after 1550.[2]

The building in the north area of the market burned down several times, around 1631 and 1713, so the upper floor in its current form dates from the time after the second fire.[3] Today the Ratskeller is located in the former town hall. It is a listed building and has the registration number 094 06307 in the monument register.[4]
