Tips
I would travel the Anniversary way from Sargans ago. From height Ragnatsch to Flums Wiesental the bike has to be pushed (short steep passages) or lifted over tree trunks.

The Jubilee Trail has sections suitable for biking as well as normal forest trails. The bridge over the Hagerbach is not very bike-friendly, with narrow chicanes.
