Witches Bruendl.
In earlier times, a musician from Jois played in the neighboring Winden to the wedding. When he went home before sunrise, he came to this Brünndl. Here he met a group of singing and dancing young girls. They invited people to eat and drink, which the young man gladly accepted. When everyone said goodbye at sunrise, the girls packed the rest of the food into a bundle and gave it to the young man. When the next day he wanted to eat the rest of the nightly Schmauses he found in the bundle only cow dung and horse apples. He realized what he had eaten last night.
At that time, this is called Brünndl Hexenbrünndl.
