Hiking Highlight (Segment)
The small town of Moab is a tourist magnet and an Eldorado for outdoor enthusiasts. This is due to the fact that the two national parks Canyonlands and Arches are located in the immediate vicinity, which welcome millions of visitors every year. In addition, you can do great mountain biking around Moab, hiking, a boat trip on the Colorado or Green River or even off-road tours.
Moab has a wide range of accommodations from campgrounds to hotels. Numerous restaurants and bars invite you to dine or enjoy a cozy evening. There are also quite a few outdoor stores for equipment.

We did a dinner and evening cruise on the Colorado with a very oldfashioned light show. It was very interesting. The food was ok. The lightshow only repeatedly lit rocks (truck with headlights accompanies the ship). See also my pictures The whole costs $ 69 (2019)
