Designed by the architectural firm Behnisch, Behnisch & Partner, the office building was built between 1998 and 2002.
Crime scene fans might find the building familiar, as the crime scene investigator Charlotte Lindholm's office is located here in the Hannover crime scene.
In addition, the glass building of the Norddeutsche Landesbank, which offers 1,500 bank employees an attractive working environment, was awarded the 2002 Lower Saxony State Prize for Architecture.
Another special feature of the building is the three lakes in the courtyard. The lakes visually connect to a total water surface, which forms part of an exemplary ecological concept for ventilation, cooling and heating.
The building is not only a modern office complex, but also offers a restaurant and shop mile.
