A round around the three pinnacles by mountain bike has been banned for some time.
The only way to get up close to the rocks by bike
is just over the toll road to Rifugio Auronzo. (For cyclists and hikers Free)October 28, 2018

The ascent is free for cyclists. For cars 30 EUR. My recommendation is to start before the massive rush. Max 8:00 to be at the toll booth.
