In front of the station stands the artwork and fountain "Playing with Water," created by Marcus Ravenswaaij and commissioned by the Nutsspaarbank to commemorate its centennial. It was subsequently presented to the city of Woerden, which celebrated its 600th anniversary in 1972. It's a truly cheerful work of art.
