Very picturesque, in the middle of a wooded area directly on the Schlei, lies the castle Louisenlund. Today a private school with boarding school is housed here.What Princess Louise received in 1766 on the occasion of her marriage to Carl von Hessen-Kassel, became a kind of garden for her scientifically interested husband Eden: The famous Mason made here create a park, which he used, among other things for the mysterious temple work of his lodge. Nice and exciting facility. But the entrances are now covered with "no entry". Maybe just a temporary measure because of Corona? I hope so.
