The Selbbach (Czech Račí potok) is a left tributary of the river Eger in the Fichtelgebirge, which runs almost entirely in the city of Selb in the north-eastern Bavarian district of Wunsiedel. In official maps is called the running water "Selb", in the language "Selbbach" and orally "Söll" or "Söllbooch". The Selb gave the town of Selb its name.
