View from Stanley Park to the Vancouver skyline and the beautiful impressive totem poles, reminiscent of the park's former inhabitants.

Stanley Park is the place to be for all sporting matters in Vancouver. As a quasi-own peninsula in the far north of Vancouver, it is actually completely landscaped as a park, there are various beautiful trails, tourist attractions such as the Vancouver Aquarium or the Lions Gate Bridge - and many (further) tourists!

Stanley Park is a 404.9 acre park in Vancouver. It is the largest city park in Canada and the third largest in North America. Named after Frederick Arthur Stanley, the park is adjacent to downtown on the northern tip of a peninsula that juts out into the Burrard Inlet. Every year, it is visited by about eight million locals and tourists. A 200 km long network of walking paths runs through the park. The largest part of the park consists of a forest with about half a million trees. Attractions include Beaver Lake, the Vancouver Aquarium, the offshore island of Deadman's Island, the Siwash Rock, as well as the 8.8km of seawall around the park, with a lane for walkers, cyclists and inline skaters.
