The Cliffs of Moher are one of the most popular places to visit in Ireland. The imposing steep cliffs on the Atlantic coast of County Clare are more than 200 meters high at their highest point.

The Cliffs of Moher are Ireland's most famous cliffs. In many places, the cliffs rise almost vertically out of the Atlantic Ocean and stretch for more than eight kilometers. At the southern end, Hag's Head, they have a height of about 120 m, north of O'Brien's Tower they even reach 214 m.

If you don't like the crowds and are physically fit, you can walk from Doolin via the Burren Way and after only three to four kilometers you will probably experience more nature, peace and solitude than at the actual hotspot 🎒🍀🌊
