The Electoral Palace is located right next to or at the Constantine Basilica and is one of the most beautiful rococo palaces in the world.In 1615 Elector Lothar von Metternich had today's north and east wings built.
The west and south wings were built under Philip Christoph von Sötern.
The construction was finally completed under Caspar von der Leyen.
