    The organic grain is traditionally milled on the millstones of the historic windmill, giving wholegrain products a special and refined taste. Highly qualified and motivated employees continue processing the flour in the modern bakery. Together with more than 150 years of bakery tradition, our team is a guarantor for daily fresh pastry and confectionery.
    In accordance with the company's principles, the Braaker mill purchases the grain for the wholegrain products from Schleswig-Holstein from the estate Rosenkrantz - of course organically grown. The breads are prepared with selected ingredients and special care.
