The new Heringsdorf pierThe newly built pier was built in 1995, around 50 meters from the location of the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. With a length of 508 meters, the Heringsdorf pier is the longest pier in continental Europe.Numerous shops and restaurants offer many visitors a special kind of shopping paradise. An exclusive range of high-quality goods and high-quality catering options await your visit. Furthermore, the offer is rounded off by a shell museum and the Seebrücken cinema. In order to be able to offer visitors additional shopping opportunities, the central platform on the Heringsdorf pier was also rebuilt in 2010. An extension to the marina has not yet been implemented due to a lack of material resources. The plan was to create 150 berths, 30 holiday apartments and a restaurant.

The Heringsdorf pier is very nicely designed. There is also a small shopping arcade.
