The 56 meter high building is made of reinforced concrete. While there are shops on the ground floor, there are a total of ten spacious apartments on the other floors. The four smallest apartments have 130 m², five other apartments, some of which are designed as maisonettes, are 185 m² in size. The 300 m² penthouse occupies the top three floors.
