Dreisambrücke

Dreisambrücke in Eichstetten on the Kaiserstuhl. Eichstetten's landmark, the historic "Five-Arch Bridge" leads over the old Dreisam, which rises in the Black Forest and flows through Freiburg.

However, the bridge marked and pictured here is the new Dreisam bridge between Nimburg / train station and Nimburg. The old steel arch bridge was replaced a few years ago by a modern concrete bridge, from the old steel bridge remains were preserved as monuments. The historic bridge over the old Dreisam can be found in Eichstetten and is definitely worth a visit.
