    By far the best views on this route up or down from Snowdon. Please do be aware that if you are in any doubt of crossing the full length of the ridge then do not start it. If however you are happy with heights, drops and are after adventure then get yourself up here.

    Crib Goch, welsh for 'red ridge', has a height of 3,028 feet (923 meters) and is the first of the Welsh 3000s on the route to Snowdon. The ridge is highly exposed and you need good skills in mountaneering, scrambling and orientation to pick your safe route to the peak.

    Crib Goch, Welsh for 'Red Ridge', has a height of 3028 feet (923 meters) making it the first Welsh 3000s on the route to Snowdon Peak. The ridge is very exposed and has no marked path. You need good experience in mountaineering, climbing and orientation to choose a safe route to the summit.
