Mountain Biking Highlight
The St. Mary's Church is a Protestant Lutheran church in the historic district of Old Wolfsburg in Wolfsburg. It was first built as a chapel by the lords of the neighboring Wolfsburg and 1434 consecrated. Its current structure dates mainly from the 16th and 17th centuries. The church served the inhabitants of the outer bailey and later estate of Wolfsburg Castle as a church. The church patronage practiced first the gender of those of Bartensleben and later the noble family of those from the Schulenburg.
